Jamaica Plain has long been a haven for hundreds of artists, some of national renown.  It is home to one of the country’s first Open Studios, a weekend-long celebration of the arts. This festival enables Jamaica Plain artists to display and sell their work and offers the public an opportunity to view and purchase these fine works of art.

From music to theater to street festivals, Jamaica Plain comes alive with countless opportunities to enjoy the arts and culture of the community with popular events such as the Taste of Jamaica Plain and Wake Up The Earth Festival.
