- Discuss aesthetic presentation
- Collect complete description of property
- Professionally photograph interior and exterior
- Design/produce custom property brochure
To give your home maximum exposure, we will:
- Promote the property in the extensive Coldwell
Banker Network and Web
Sites
- Preview the property with Coldwell Banker brokers (caravan)
- Enter listing with photos to MLS - Multiple Listing Service
database
- Enter listing with photos to LINK network (an additional property
database used primarily by downtown Boston agents)
- Display property photo and information in Coldwell Banker neighborhood
office high-traffic window and waiting area
- Advertise the property in appropriate newspapers including the
Boston Globe
- Promote the property with appropriate quality signage
- Notify prospects that are part of the extensive Cervone/Deegan
buyer network
- Hold neighborhood reception (for new construction and developments)
- Hold Open House for buyers and brokers
- Schedule showings and advertising, as needed
