Searching MLS is a quick and easy web-based interface. Simply fill in this form with your search criteria, and within 24 hours, you'll be able to see all the same listings that the professionals view.

There are two ways MLS users can take advantage of the MLS System:

Once a day, MLS will check for matches to your criteria, and if there are any, you'll get an email with links to the property details. If there are no matches, you won't get email, so it will not add any clutter to your inbox.
You can also log in at any time to see if a new listing was posted; unlike other services, you'll get real-time results — so if an agent posts a new listing at 4:00, you'll find out about it when you log in at 4:30.
